SATPLAN have promoted land to the north and south of the M58 at Skelemersdale for up to 2,000 houses and ancillary uses and around 2.7m sq ft of B2/B8 uses.

To date SATPLAN has prepared a Vision Statement for the Site working with a multi-disciplinary consultant team and has also prepared detailed representations to the Preferred Options of the West Lancashire Local Plan.
